Refund Policy

Every paid plan starts with a 14-day free trial and requires no credit card. We encourage you to evaluate the product fully during the trial before you pay.

Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled at any time and will not renew. Because the trial lets you test before paying, monthly charges already incurred are generally non-refundable, except where required by law.

For annual plans, you may request a full refund within 14 days of the initial charge. After 14 days, annual plans are non-refundable for the remainder of the term, but will not auto-renew if you cancel.

Email us from the address on your account and include your workspace name. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days.

Overage charges, add-ons and amounts already consumed are non-refundable. We may decline refunds in cases of abuse or terms violations.
